We went on our first camping trip last weekend in Neah Bay. We had a good time. It was beautiful weather with some fog and some sunshine. We escaped the little heatwave that Seattle had. Johari and I slept in a tent both nights. That worked out. Unfortunately, sleep the first night for her wasn't good because of a developing cold.
We went for a short hike in Cape Flattery. Which had some lovely views and some steep cliffs. Johari was guiding Ishmael on the walk for the first part. She was taking her self-determined role very seriously...making sure not to let go of his hand even when she had to readjust her hold on him.
