The goat arrived a few days before we were heading home and was part of our farewell party. He was fed well before his slaughter. Johari was also fascinated by the plucking of the pigeons that were also served at the feast.
When we went up by Kpalime to visit Nawo's father's medical clinic, we were headed to see a waterfall. It happened that there was a pilgrimage to the river below the waterfall. The road there was packed with people walking to the river.
